Professional
Technical,

focused.
Built through hands-on IT experience.
I’m Viktoria, an IT professional with 4 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise users, cloud environments, endpoint systems, and security tools. My background in technical support and MSP environments taught me how to troubleshoot under pressure, communicate clearly, and solve real problems across different systems and clients.
Over time, I became especially drawn to cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, and the challenge of protecting modern environments before issues become larger problems.

Curious, disciplined, and always learning.
Outside of the technical side, I’m someone who values growth, self-discipline, and building a life with purpose. I’m deeply motivated by learning, whether that means sharpening technical skills, exploring new ideas, or finding better ways to challenge myself.
I enjoy blending analytical thinking with creativity, and I want my work to reflect both who I am professionally and who I am personally: thoughtful, adaptable, and committed to becoming stronger in every season of life.
